It’s been a big month here at MGMT as we wrap up the financial year and look to strategise for the year ahead. From strategy sessions in Los Angeles to events and new faces on our roster, here’s a look at what we’ve been up to.
LA Bound: 2026 Strategy Meeting
Kat flew the team to Los Angeles for the 2026 MGMT Strategy Meeting. We spent time workshopping fresh ideas and mapping out some truly exciting concepts for the new financial year.
Out & About
Our talent has been busy attending events, particularly the Charlotte Tilbury gatherings in Melbourne and Sydney. They also attended the La Roche Posay event at Alba Thermal Springs. Inspired by the brand’s heritage, our talent enjoyed a rejuvenating journey of thermal bathing, spa treatments and personalised dermatological consultations.
We also welcomed new talent, Isabelle Impala, who brings a distinctive perspective to everything she creates. From international fashion campaigns to lifestyle content. Isabelle has worked with iconic global brands like Sephora and Cosette, and her campaign even landed double features in Vogue Australia.
Around the Office
The MGMT team couldn’t resist jumping on the viral coffee tray trend. As we wrap up the financial year, we also held talent meetings to discuss strategy and exciting plans for the coming months.
