When your boss says “pack your bags, you're heading to LA” you know it’s going to be iconic. Kat flew us over to Los Angeles for our 2026 MGMT Strategy work trip that turned into the perfect balance of strategy & creativity. From the moment we touched down, we were in go mode (think Runyon Canyon Walk after our 14 hour flight).
2026 MGMT Strategy: A Look at the Year Ahead
There are some exciting things happening and planned at MGMT! As we step into the new financial year, we’re excited to take you on the journey.
We started the week strong with a three-hour strategy session for 2026 where the team came together. Each team member came to the 2026 MGMT Strategy meeting with a new business idea to expand, we focused on refining our processes for even better results and we built on each of these ideas. The session was a space for creative collaboration and by the end of it, we walked away with some truly exciting concepts that we can’t wait to roll out through the new financial year.
Our Daily Workflow (with a View)
We kicked off each morning with a hot girl walk through Runyon Canyon equal parts cardio and catching up on life. Then we’d fuel up with Community Goods Einspanner latte and sliders (yum). Mornings were for poolside work, laptops out, briefs open & emails sent.
There were fits checks, taste tests (lot's of them) & plenty of content captured along the way.
